1. China Travel Planning Pro Subscription

3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Risk-free experience of our premium China travel planning features. If you are not satisfied within 3 days of subscription, you can get a full refund without any reason.

Example: If you subscribe to China Travel Planning Pro on Monday and request a refund on Wednesday, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee.

Cancellation After Trial Period

After 3 days, while the current cycle fee cannot be refunded, you can easily cancel future renewals. You can continue using the planning features for the remainder of the paid period.

Example: If you cancel on the 10th day of a monthly subscription, you can continue using premium features until the end of the month, and no new charges will occur.

2. One-time Translation Package

Unused Translation Credits

Full refund available if China travel planning credits or premium features are not used within 7 days.

Refund After Partial Use

Refunds for partially used planning packages are calculated as follows:

Refund Calculation:

Refund Amount = Payment Amount × (Remaining Planning Times ÷ Total Planning Times in Package) - Processing Fee

Processing Fee: 10% of payment processing fee (minimum $1)

Refund Condition: Must retain at least 20% unused translation credits

Refund Processing

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Special Terms

EU Users: According to EU regulations, digital services enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right is waived after starting to use China travel planning services.
